5. Delivery costs

Delivery costs range from PLN 10 to PLN 40, depending on the quantity of products and the delivery location.

The final delivery cost is calculated automatically during the ordering process.

6. Delivery schedule

  1. We ship all orders every Wednesday.
  2. If an order is placed by 12:00 PM on Friday, it will be shipped the following Wednesday.
  3. Orders placed after this deadline will be shipped the following Wednesday.
  4. Delivery occurs within 24 hours of shipment.
  5. The customer must be present upon delivery. The products are frozen and must be stored immediately in a freezer.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers and business customers (natural persons making a purchase related to their business activities but not directly related to their professional capacity) have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, unless the product is perishable.

8. Return costs

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

9. Complaint procedure

  1. Complaints may be submitted via email to czesc@hamur.pl.
  2. The complaint should include the order details and a description of the problem.
  3. We will respond to the complaint within 14 days.
  4. The complaint procedure also applies to business owners acting as consumers.

Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order and in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

11. Final provisions

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. The version published on the website at the time the order is placed is valid.
