Return Policy
1 No right to withdraw from the contract
Pursuant to Article 38 of the Act of May 30, 2014, on Consumer Rights, the consumer does not have the right to withdraw from a distance contract in the case of:
- products that spoil quickly or have a short shelf life.
- products delivered in sealed packaging that cannot be returned after opening for hygiene reasons.
The products offered by the Hamur Dumplings store fall into the above category (fresh food), and therefore the return of purchased goods is not possible after delivery.
2 Product complaints
If the delivered product is damaged, does not match the order, or is not fresh, the customer has the right to file a complaint in accordance with the rules set forth in the Terms of Sale.
